Resolved –
That on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Minute 63.

Consideration of Suitability to Continue to Hold a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Dual Drivers Licence
Resolved –
To allow the driver to continue to hold a Dual Drivers Licence for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicles. A written warning was issued by the General Licensing and Registration Sub-Committee detailing that any further conduct issues would result in the applicant being called before the Sub-Committee. The written warning would remain in force for 12 months following this decision.
